    SPRING AWAKENING Spring is here and warm and bright days ahead, a time for new beginnings! This season is an opportunity for detoxification, purification of any winter residue, deep cleansing of our bodies, inside and out. We invite you to join us and gain effective tools and practices that will help to Detox and Breathe New Life into your Body, Clarify your Mind, Uplift and Enliven your Spirit! This workshop will include:

    • Cleansing with breath, pranayama and mantras

      During this workshop for Spring Awakening Jemma will share pranayama breathing techniques guided meditations, Guigen Medical Qigong Wood Element Form, all to encourage detoxification and bring balance to your wellbeing!
