I”m so happy, grateful and so very excited to be co-facilitating with an extraordinary team at Santai Retreat Casuarina in stunning Northern NSW at our STRESS LESS RETREAT.

We’re almost mid year and no doubt life, work, family commitments have been full for you, leaving you little time and space for yourself.

We’ve created this fab opportunity for you to learn new ways to manage day to day stress in a nourishing and professional environment. Join me for daily Qigong classes, learn the core principles of your energetic body, how you can harness it and maintain optimum health. I will help you create a daily routine, a program designed to calm and balance your nervous system, your body and mind into a healthy rhythm.

We will be joined by Wellness Educator Sonja Sorich will also be presenting on understanding the effects of living with stress. Our engaging seminars and workshops present the very latest in research and will cover a variety of subjects that relate to stress.

Joined by another expert facilitator, Jo Brown will offer refreshing stress smart tools and life direction strategies.

Between the three of us we bring decades of experience and we’re excited to help you relax, regroup and refocus.
