    Description

    Starting or keeping up your yoga practice can help keep all these symptoms at bay. Yoga has the ability to relax and soothe our mind, and our nervous system, as well as shift our perspective.

    Imagine listening to the sounds of the waves!

    There are many benefits to being by the sea:

    Breathe in the negative ions in pure fresh air and absorb plentiful of oxygen. This helps to improve your metabolism, immune system, calms the nervous system and relaxes your brain.

    Come and join me to stay calm, cool, happy, healthy and grounded this coming summer season.

     YIN YOGA is a relaxed, restorative style of yoga based on the traditional Hatha practice. Ideal for beginners, pre-natal & those who prefer a gentle, meditative approach to their yoga.

    YANG YOGA is a stronger Ashtanga style of yoga using Vinyasa flow techniques to improve strength, fitness & flexibility. Although more strenuous than Yin Yoga, beginners are welcome as well as those looking for more of a challenge.

     SCHEDULE:
    Tuesday, 10th Nov: 10am yin

    Friday, 13th Nov, 6.30 pm yin

    INFORMATION:

    Open to beginners, members and visitors.

    Drop-in, no bookings. Arrive 15 minutes prior

    *All classes last approximately an hour

    *Bring water, towel, jumper, hat, sunglasses and sunscreen

    *Yoga mats are provided or bring your own
