Would you like to learn how you can stay healthy, balanced and strong this winter? Learn ways to help keep the flu and cold at bay?
In this workshop, you will learn about the imbalances in the doshas (mind – body types) that can affect you during the winter season. Acquire lifestyle skills to bring about change and learn dietary tips based on Ayurveda to strengthen your immune system.
Learn and experience self – care techniques: gala neti (nasal irrigation) used to ward off colds and alleviate sinus issues and abhyanga (ayurvedic self massage) to improve circulation and help relieve joint stiffness in Winter.
Practice dynamic vinyasa flow yoga sequencing to help pacify the dosha imbalances of vata and kapha, mudras (hand gestures) and pranayama (breath practices) to assist in the removal of toxins and to boost immunity.
